 - Program cancellation by sypharionex
 - Technical issues preventing access for 7+ days
 - Significant program changes affecting core content
 
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after 14-day period
 - Completion of more than 25% of program
 - Violation of terms and conditions
 - Personal scheduling conflicts
 - Dissatisfaction with program difficulty level
 
Documentation Required: All refund requests must include supporting documentation such as enrollment confirmation, medical certificates (where applicable), or detailed explanation of circumstances.

Important Notice
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@sypharionex.com. Phone requests cannot be processed for documentation and audit purposes.

 - Preferred refund method (if different from original payment)

Our review team evaluates each request against our published criteria. We may contact you for additional information during the assessment process. Decisions are communicated via email with detailed explanation of the outcome.
Payment Methods and Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
Refund Processing by Payment Method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days from approval
 - Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days from approval
 - PayPal: 2-5 business days from approval

These situations require comprehensive documentation and may involve extended review periods. We work closely with participants to find appropriate solutions, which may include refunds, program transfers, or extended access periods.
Corporate and Group Enrollments: Refund policies for corporate training programs may differ from individual enrollments. Specific terms are outlined in corporate training agreements and may include different processing procedures and timelines.
